a) Is the equipment new?

All items of equipment listed are new and come in their original packaging. They are not ex-display goods or B goods.

b) Do the kitchens come in packaging?

All fabricated minikitchens are delivered in cardboard boxes. These are strengthened on the base and sides with made-to-measure Styropor parts. This packaging is designed especially for our customers and has been tested numerous times..

c) What happens if an item of electrical equipment breaks down?

Guarantee periods for defects in purchased goods are governed by statutory regulations. During this period, your defective item of equipment will be repaired by appointment. Culpability and gross negligence are excluded from guarantee. Following expiry of the statutory period, our customer-service department has a spare-parts store, from which all components in our kitchens can be delivered and repaired at a charge.

d) Does the kitchen come with taps?

No, none of our Limatec kitchens has a tap included in the price. But you can order various models as accessories from our team.

e) The kitchen must be carried up to the fifth floor. Can I divide it into its individual pieces?

Our kitchens are normally delivered carriage free to kerb-side. Should the kitchen need to be carried anywhere, you must request this when ordering. A charge will be made for carrying it. Should it not be possible to carry the kitchen in its fully fabricated condition, please state when ordering, since taking it to pieces may make the guarantee null and void.

f) Do the kitchens have a time switch?

A time switch is available as an option for all models. You must order the time switch when making your order: the customer cannot be expected to accept retrofitting.

g) How many electrical sockets will be needed?

You will find all socket plans and electrical demands on our website www.limatec-ag.ch.

h) Do the kitchens meet the latest safety regulations and are certificates available?

Yes, all kitchens meet the latest safety regulations. You can inspect the certificates on request.

i) Where can I see your kitchens in a showroom?

Our showroom is at 8590 Romanshorn, Switzerland, opening hours 8.00 a.m. - 12.00 midday and 1.00 p.m. - 5.00 p.m.

j) Does every kitchen have a refrigerator?

Unless you wish otherwise, all our kitchens come with 4-star refrigerators manufactured by LIEBHERR.

k) Do you have kitchens only with electric plates?

No, we have a large selection of stainless-steel covers. There are all covers with electric hot plates, ceramic glass cooktop or without hob (tea pantry).

m) I am looking for a minikitchen with refrigerator and dishwasher, hotplates left. How am I to find this kitchen? Our identifiers are very simple:

  • MK for minikitchen
  • GS for dishwasher
  • 100 for the width
  • li - left for the side of the hob, re - right

So you need to order an MKGS100li, since we start always from the angle of the hotplates, never from the sink side.
