Terms of payment
Orders
We process immedately all orders which we receive online. Following entry of your order, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail, or written orders will be confirmed by e-mail, fax or post within 24 hours by means of an order confirmation. p>
Issue of invoice
Invoices will be issued for deliveries within Germany and to customers in the EU without a VAT number: with German VAT shown at the amount in force at the time when the invoice was issued. Accounts to business customers outside Germany, within the EU, who have a valid VAT number will be without VAT charge.
Invoices will be issued to Swiss customers showing the Swiss VAT in force at the tme of issue.

Methods of payment
In our online shop you can choose between the following methods of payment:
Payment in advance
For orders which are paid for in advance we give a price rebate of 5% of the order.
You make your payment by online banking, at your bank, or by post. The payment information will be displayed after the order. As soon as we receive the payment, shipment will be prepared, or you can collect the goods.

Credit card
Your credit card will be charged when your order is completed.
In the online shop we accept MasterCard and Visa, and for payments in CHF we accept Postfinance. The bank issuing the credit card must have its registered office in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Italy or France. In case of cancellation, the full sum will be reimbursed as a credit. When paying online, your credit card will be charged even if the product ordered is not available for delivery.
PayPal
Your bank or credit-card details are only stored with PayPal. Therefore, each time you make an online purchase, they are not re-sent via the internet - which makes PayPal extra safe. You pay with just two clicks.
